Thin polyester spunbonded nonwovens technology has been monopolized by foreign companies. As of 2000, there were only 6 production lines in the country, and the foreign manufacturers made technical blockade on our country. Only the equipment did not provide the production technology software, and the price of the imported equipment was high and the price of a production line equipment was above 100 million yuan, which led to the prohibitive investment of the domestic intentional investment project. In order to break this situation, Dalian Huayang Engineering Co., Ltd. and Nanhai Jinlong non spinning Co., Ltd. began to develop the production technology of domestic polyester spunbonded non-woven fabric in 2000. After four years of research and development, the technology has become mature. According to the introduction, the domestic polyester spunbonded non-woven fabric has surpassed the technical level of foreign similar products, the product is thinner and more breathable, and the production cost is only 1 / 4 of the price of the similar production line in foreign countries, so it is more competitive in the world. Nanhai Jinlong nonwovens Co., Ltd. has made use of this technology for mass production of clothing lining, decorative cloth, toys and so on.
